Advance
with us

In a sector renowned for pressure, stress and burnout, we’ve made it a cornerstone of our business to ensure our people get the rest and support they need to perform at the highest professional levels – yet still enjoy a life outside of work. Our commitment to optimal employee welfare is unwavering.

We like to think we’re adept at striking good balances: between intellectual stimulation and operational rigour, between analysis and analytics, between performance and fun. Our employees are incentivised not only by equitable compensation, but also by a caring and supportive environment in which to tackle a wealth of fascinating challenges.

" We’d rather not chase that extra few percent of profit if the price we pay is spending too little time with friends and family. "
Andreas Torp Skov/ CEO

What we value
the most

Essentially, we’re a team of solution-based thinkers. We depend on (and appreciate) people who approach old situations in completely new ways, who encourage colleagues to think in new ways, and who view problems as opportunities to grow.

We value people who are bold enough to explore and challenge the reasoning and underlying mechanisms of existing systems and relationships. We prize high performers who can take feedback and implement changes based on what others think, but also give others constructive feedback to help improve what they’re working on.

If you

· enjoy intellectually stimulating challenges
· appreciate equitable compensation
· thrive within an empathic work environment, and
· enjoy a life outside of work

we’re probably a really good match.

Our hiring process

01: Applying

Send us a detailed CV and a cover letter explaining your motivations and suitability for the role to help us determine whether you are a good match.

After submitting your application, your skills, experience and approach will be assessed by our recruiters, and if there’s a match, they will contact you for a phone, video, or in-person interview.

02: First interview

At an initial interview, you’ll typically meet the hiring or department manager.

We’ll give you an introduction to CA and share more about the role you’ve applied for. We’ll also give you the chance to tell us about your experiences and how they apply to the role.

Depending on the role, we may include a gamified task to understand your approach and communication skills.

03: Second interview

If we both agree to continue the dialogue, you will be invited to an in-depth interview with more detailed information about your profile and the role.

During the 2nd interview you will meet one of your future colleagues, giving both parties a better basis for a decision about future employment.

Remember, you’re interviewing us too.

04: Welcome on board

The hiring manager will decide on the preferred applicant after the second round of interviews, and all applicants will be notified about the decision.

If you receive a job offer, you can discuss the details with the hiring manager.

After you accept the offer, we will work together to determine a start date and complete the paperwork down to the small print.

Unsolicited applications

We’re always on the lookout for solution-based thinkers who are intellectually curious and collaborative. Even if you don’t see a current opening that matches your profile, we’d love to hear from you.

Send your current CV to careers@cacommodities.dk, and please include a cover letter telling us a bit about yourself and your motivations.

It could be a match made in heaven.
